MANILA—Cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorms will be experienced over the Visayas, Mindanao and Palawan province, Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said in its 24-hour forecast released Saturday afternoon (May 13).

PAGASA also forecast partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms mostly in the afternoon or evening over Metro Manila and rest of Luzon.

Inter-tropical convergence zone is affecting Mindanao while ridge of a high-pressure area is extending over Northern and Central Luzon, PAGASA said.
