MANILA – Kapuso actress-host Camille Prats has given love a second chance as she is now engaged with non-showbiz boyfriend VJ Yambao.

With their wedding set in 2017, Prats has already begun the planning and preparations a year ahead, meeting her wedding team on December 7.

She took to Instagram to chronicle her journey towards becoming a wife the second time around. In a photo she posted read the caption, “First meeting with the very young and talented [Patricia Santos]. Thank you for the gift of friendship. Will be seeing you more often than usual.”

Prats chose Santos as the designer of her wedding gown and Christine Ong Te as her wedding planner. Santos has made gowns for other celebrities including Jennylyn Mercado, Aubrey Miles, Kim Chiu, and Maja Salvador; while Te has handled events for Donita Rose, Julia Montes, Juris Fernandez, and Mariz Umali, among others.

The 30-year-old actress shared another photo with the two and captioned it, “80% catch up 20% meeting. So blessed to have these 2 wonderful women help me out for our big day, so rare to work with people you end up being friends with.”

Prats has been engaged to Yambao since July 18 this year. It is her second wedding after becoming a widow in 2011 and has a son named Nathan from her late husband.
