Esmael Mangudadatu has welcomed the result of the voting of the Ad Hoc Committee in the House of Representatives on the Bangsamoro Basic Law, saying that the institution of a Bangsamoro government in Mindanao will spur economic development in the area and in the whole country.

“The establishment of a Bangsamoro government will help boost the economy of Mindanao that will be beneficial to the people and to the entire country,” Mangudadatu said.

The governor also called on the people to rally behind the passage of the BBL which, he said, is the only available solution for lasting peace in the country.
