MANILA — Sen. Antonio Trillanes IV said that he might be in danger once Vice President Jejomar Binay wins the 2016 Presidential elections.

In a radio interview, Trillanes described Binay as “powerful” and “vindictive” adding that he might have him jailed or killed.

”Kapag naging presdiente iyan sa 2016, eh baka ipakulong ako o ipapatay ako nito. Kaya hindi madali na trabaho ito,” Trillanes said.

(If he becomes the president in 2016, he might have me jailed or killed. That is why, this job is not easy.)

”Kasi alam nila na napaka-powerful ni Binay, at vindictive ang taong ito,” he said.

(Because they all know that Binay is a powerful and vindictive person.)

Despite this, Trillanes said that nothing will stop him from revealing the truth.

”Mahirap ang ginagawa natin, 2003 nakulong ako, kay GMA (Gloria Macapagal Arroyo), Senator [Juan Ponce] Enrile. Basta kapag meron tayong nakitang anomalya, kahit gaano pa kalaking political personality eh titindigan natin iyan,” he said.
