Despite years of red carpets, interviews, and numerous social media posts that they have been in together, Kapamilya star Kim Chiu finally confirms that she and actor Xian Lim are “officially together” during an interview with talk show host Boy Abunda last Wednesday, November 14.

When Boy asks Kim about the real score between her and Xian, she answers in Filipino stating, “If he shows sweetness, you really melt with that because he really surprises in a different way, expresses differently,” adding that her boyfriend is often “misunderstood” in the industry.

Boy questions Kim about marriage as well, but she answers that it is “not currently a priority.” The 28-year-old actress states, “We don’t talk about it because even he has priorities. There are still a lot of things we want to do in life. We’re both still so young.”

When referring to herself she adds, “These days, career women think about that when they’re older than 30. When they reach 30, that’s when they find [the perfect guy].”

In light of the conversation, one of Boy’s final questions asks Kim which part of Xian’s body she finds the sexiest, which she confidently answers “his eyes and really unique jawline.”

This is the first time either of the two has spoken about their relationship to the media. However, the two have been paired as on-screen lovers in films 2012’s Ina, Kapatid, Anak and 2016’s The Story of Us.

Kim’s guesting on Boy Abunda’s show “Tonight with Boy Abunda” is in honor of the production’s third anniversary. Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach was also among one of the guests for the special.
