Isolated rain showers continue to prevail over PHL Sunday

MANILA–Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers will continue to prevail throughout the archipelago on Sunday, state weather agency Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said.

These rain showers are likely to occur in the afternoon or in the evening, it added.

Meanwhile, the easterlies will continue to affect the eastern part of the country.

Light to moderate winds will blow from east to southeast over northern and central Luzon, and from east over the rest of the archipelago.

PAGASA said the country’s coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
