MANILA – Malacañang is optimistic that Filipino people will vote to continue the Aquino administration’s good governance platform imperative to achievement of inclusive economic growth.

Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO) Secretary Herminio Coloma Jr. issued the statement following the release of the latest Social Weather Stations’ (SWS) March 30 to April 2 survey indicating President Aquino’s satisfaction rating at +27.

Coloma said Aquino’s overall rating during the period was still high for a President who is completing the last semester of his term.

“President Aquino has always worked for the welfare and well being of our Bosses – regardless of survey ratings. He is grateful for the people’s unstinting trust in his leadership,” he said.

With this, Coloma believes in the “fairness and vision of Filipinos who will certainly opt for continuity of good governance and attainment of inclusive growth when they cast their votes next month.”
