Phil-Chinese General Hospital offers 50 % discounts on poor patients
BAYOMBONG, Nueva Vizcaya – Poor patients who will be confined at the Philippine Chinese General Hospital (PCGH) will be given discounts on their hospital bills with the recent agreement signed by the hospital and the League of Mayors of the Philippines (LMP).
Quezon mayor Aurelio Salunat, LMP-Nueva Vizcaya president, said the PCGH management and LMP national officers recently signed a Memorandum of Agreement providing 50 percent discount for poor patients who will be referred by LMP members at the PCGH.
“This will be a big help for our constituents, especially our poor villagers who will be accommodated by the PCGH through our referral,” he said.
The discount covers all hospital bills of poor patients suffering any of the general illnesses, Salunat added.
The MOA, he added, was signed during the recent LMP convention attended by city and municipal mayors in the country.
