MANILA – Boxing champ, Manny “Pacman” Pacquiao wants to have a chance to share the Gospel with Floyd Mayweather Jr, his opponent in the upcoming May 2 fight.

Pacquiao recalls how the boxer insulted him adding that s he does not take Mayweather’s negative words seriously.

“Hindi naman ako nagagalit,” Pacquiao said. “Pero siyempre tao lang naman ako.”

(I don’t get. But, I’m just human.)

“Kung baga, hindi ako nasasaktan. Sa akin, sa totoo lang, mas naawa ako sa kanya. Mas naawa ako sa kanya kasi para bang walang halaga ang Panginoon sa kanila. We should value God.”

(In other words, I don’t get hurt. In fact, I pity him. I feel sorry for him because it seems that God has no value to them. We should value God.)

“I want to teach him a lesson to be a good person, to be an example for everybody,” said Pacquiao. “To let him know that there is a God, and we should humble ourselves before God.”

“After the fight, if I have a chance, I can share the Gospel, I can share the Word of God,” he added.
