REGINA — Police have arrested a Saskatoon man on sexual assault and child pornography charges as they work to identify 14 potential victims.

Russell Dennis Wolfe appeared in court Friday and is to appear again in court July 15.

He was originally charged in May with possession, accessing and distributing child pornography.

This week he was charged with new offences including sexual assault and making child porn.

The arrest is part of a national child pornography crackdown project called Operation Snapshot 3.

Saskatchewan’s Internet Child Exploitation Unit includes RCMP and officers from municipal police services.
