MANILA — Operatives from the Coast Guard District Northeastern Luzon (CGDNELZN) and the Aparri-Philippine National Police confiscated P40,000 worth of illegal drugs during operations in Cagayan province on Friday.

In a statement on Sunday, Cmdr. Armand Balilo, Coast Guard spokesperson, said the prohibited narcotics were detected in an LBC package claimed by Paulalyn N. Magtalas, 21, a resident of Barangay Macanaya, Aparri.
